We will reply to your enquiry on the same working day as we receive it. We will post the creature of your choice within 10 days. See contact page for further details.

Replacement guarantee

 All our creatures carry a replacement guarantee. If you are unhappy with your new purchase, contact us immediately.

Important Bits

All creatures are individually made, each one is different so sizes are approximate.

When ordering please use the 'contact form' on the Contact Us page to avoid it being deleted as spam.

We will send you payment details when you make an order.     

All prices are in NZ dollars. Please add postage and packaging of $10 per package to anywhere in NZ, although several items can often be posted for the same price, depending on size. We will advise you on this when you order.

Orders over NZ$150 will be p&p - free, to anywhere within New Zealand.

All products are accepted by customs in every country. They have been sent or taken to 22 countries that we know of. To send to Australia, declare as 'treated fibre'
